ACCESS Widget Player for Windows Mobile updated and more October 17, 2008 [Pocket PC phone] | By Edward J. R. ACCESS is a Japanese company that has purchased Palm OS and later failed to develop it further so Palm was forced to make their own Nova OS (also Linux based). However ACCESS is very succesful with their Internet browser NetFront, available also for Windows Mobile. Lately ACCESS is pushing a Widget Player that works with NetFront and they keep updating it: More information from ACCESS follows. * * * * * ACCESS is pleased to announce the official opening of the NetFront Browser Widgets Community Site. The site includes many exciting new widgets as well as a section for developers, which features a developer tools download page as well as a widget upload page. NetFront Browser Widgets users, please note that if you are currently using the beta widget player for Windows Mobile (available until 10/15), you should uninstall the player, and download and install the new updated widget player from the pages listed below.
