In podcasts (MP3 files accessible also through RSS feeds for automatic download) one can find information not available elsewhere, so if you are a user or fan of Windows Mobile, they are absolutely worth listening - so that you can take more informative decisions about purchases or you can make the most out of your Windows Mobile phone.
