twitpic for Windows Mobile - available December 01, 2008 [General] | By Edward J. R. Nowadays not only Twitter is used even by mainstream media, but another popular trend is: posting pictures to twitter through twitpic service. However there is only one twitter client, that supports twitpic: As one can see at list of twitter clients that support twitpic, the only twitter client for Windows Mobile is ceTwit. ceTwit is a windows mobile twitter client written in c# leveraging the .net compact framework While it is possible to post photos to other services than twitpic, including FlickR, it is only twitpic that combines ability to upload pictures and, at the same time, to post also messages to Twitter, that contains links to the uploaded pictures. Obviously several Windows Mobile phones have very good cameras, including 3 and 5 megapixel, including autofocus, so while twitpic is wasted on iPhone (only 2 megapixels, no autofocus), Windows Mobile phones can take full advantage of this service.
