Elecont Weather released with extended forecast details December 20, 2008 [Pocket PC phone] | By Edward J. R. Usually we don't publish news about minor upgrades, but these are slow news days, so why not? Elecont Weather 1.0.768 released with extended forecast details. Added two different "Feel likes" temperatures: Wind chill (apparent temp felt on exposed skin) and Heat index (combines air temperature and relative humidity in an attempt to determine the human-perceived equivalent temperature — how hot it feels) and visibility (the greatest distance you can see). As a result Elecont Weather has become one of the most informative weather forecasts for Pocket PC and Smartphone.
