SIT Distribution opens HTC Care Center

“HTC Care Centres” to provide customers with comprehensive after-sales support and personalised consultation

SIT Distribution, one of the region’s leading mobility distributors and exclusive distributor for HTC within the GCC and Levant, opens the first HTC Care Center in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The center is designed to provide a faster, quality service to HTC customers; enriching the after sales and service experience.

“It is a natural step for SIT Distribution to open the HTC Care Center,” said Adnan Al-Falah, Chairman, SIT Distribution. “We are working towards making the center customer centric.” The fully-equipped center will provide customers in KSA with a comprehensive range of services including personalized consultations on new and existing HTC products, fast and efficient warranty repairs, and other valuable after-sales support like latest software (ROM) updates, internet and e-mail settings; and recommendations on the best suitable operator data package based on customer requirements.

“At HTC, we give the same level of importance to after-sales service as we give to product innovation and technology,” said Vishnu Vardhan, Executive Director, HTC – MENA. The opening of the HTC Care centre reaffirms our commitment to provide the highest level of service to our patrons, ensuring that they fully benefit from the performance and cutting-edge technology of HTC devices.”

AL-Falah continued, “HTC customers can be assured they will receive the best service and advice at the HTC Care Center. The center will feature an experience zone, giving customers the opportunity to view and have a hands-on experience on new devices and technologies. In addition, customers will be also able to purchase HTC accessories from the centre.”

HTC Corporation is the world’s leading designer of Windows Mobile and Android-based mobile phones. Founded in 1997, HTC originally made its name as the company behind many of the most popular operator and OEM-branded devices on the market. Since 2006, HTC has introduced a broad portfolio of critically acclaimed, industry-leading mobile phones under its own brand. HTC is one of the fastest-growing companies in the mobile sector and has achieved remarkable recognition over recent years.

The first HTC Care Centre was opened in April 2009 in Jeddah, located on Palestine Street, Mushrifa District in Al-Sanee Telecommunication Center, shop no. 28. Open Saturday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm and from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, customers can walk-in to the center or take their HTC device to participating retail outlets that will sport collection points.
