WikiPock for Windows Mobile 6.5 released July 01, 2009 [Pocket PC phone] | By Edward J. R. Yes, the vendor mentions "6.5" explicitly, although Windows Mobile 6.5 is coming only in September 2009 and is not available yet (update: it means only that the developer had to make a few fixes for Windows Mobile 6.5 and used the emulator but it works also for older versions of Windows Mobile)... and writes: We recently released an updated version of WikiPock for Windows Mobile 6.5. WikiPock allows you to search and read Wikipedia articles without internet connection. All the articles are stored on the microSD card so there is no need to download anything from the network. It's very fast, always available and a battery-life saver. Size is 4GB for 2.8 million articles in English. The world's knowledge in your pocket! It's also available for BlackBerry and Android phones. We support 12 languages including English, Spanish, French and more. We can ship preloaded microSD card with WikiPock on it. We will donate a fraction of our revenue to the Wikimedia fundation. More info at www.wikipock.com. Credit: Patrice Khawam (submitted through our news submission form).
