See also in-depth analysis of the mass-scale nonsense that Ray Ozzie uttered today by Robert Scoble. Commentary: it's horrible what is going on out there at Microsoft. What kind of incompetency is this? Telling that smartphone apps are not differentiator, are not that important? How clueless Microsoft is? It is easy to show: while market share of iPhone and Android is raising rapidly, market share of Windows Mobile is falling.
