Microsoft shill - Michael Gannotti - names top ten 10 Windows Mobile apps - an exercise in insincerity December 28, 2009 [General] | By Edward J. R. Michael Gannotti works for Microsoft where he evangelizes, through videos, various enterprise software of Microsoft. Lately he got a gig from Windows Mobile division: ... and in this gig, he has been posting on official Windows blog (covering both desktop and mobile versions) - "windowsteamblog.com" - about his "top 10" Windows Mobile apps, or, to be precise, his own "top 10". Normally we wouldn't pay attention about what shills of Microsoft are blogging, but he has been blogging it not on his personal blog, but on main blog of Windows, both mobile and desktop! So what are top 10 apps of Michael Gannotti ? Well, here we go:
Conclusion: Microsoft has done it again: a shill promoting Windows Mobile. He even is using the term "fruitphone" in some of his videos, the term that we have coined in our podcasts (maybe he is listening?), but it looks like he is missing any sincerity. Well, at least he is employed by Microsoft (albeit by different division than Windows Mobile = a division that is succesful) so he is getting good money for his shilling ...
