The problem is that Microsoft is failing in cell phone industry by now, but...
But where Microsoft really needs to make more headway is in the mobile phone market, where its much smaller rival, Symbian, is blazing a trail. So can it catch up? "I believe that in the end we will be in mobile phones in a big way.
